I was born in Manchester in 1972. I grew up in the Rusholme / Moss Side area of the city, moving to Wythenshawe in my teens where I remained up until 7 years ago when I moved down south to leafy Hertfordshire!

I work full time as a Support Worker to adults with autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. I absolutely love my job, it's extremely rewarding and I know I have found my vocation.

I support a number of cancer charities by donating and helping to promote their tireless work. I also support the No More Land Mines campaign backed by Paul McCartney. Click the banner to find out how you can support them too.

When I get any spare time I use it wisely by having fun!!! And I also enjoy writing (I've had a few theatre reviews published!), reading, going to the theatre, concerts, listening to Paul McCartney, supporting Manchester City and learning all manner of things, good and bad, from the internet, TV and books. Knowledge is power, that's what I say!!!!

One of my main ambitions in life is to meet Paul McCartney, so Paul if you're reading this............

 

 

I have been a fan of Leslie's since 1985 when I was just 12 years old!! I'm 34 now so I'm getting on a bit!

I thought Leslie was amazing from the very first time I saw him on television in '85 and have followed his career very closley ever since. I must admit it's hard to keep up with what he's doing half the time as he does so much but every moment has been a real pleasure and I'm proud to be a fan!

I would like to thank Leslie for all the pleasure his career has given me over the years. You really are a true star. Your only flaw is that you don't support Manchester City. But as they say, no-one's perfect!!!
